Paris Nails

Today, I attempted to get a pedicure at Paris Nails and experienced some of the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. I walked in, greeted the staff with “good morning,” and asked if I could receive a pedicure. I was immediately asked if that was the only service I wanted. I said yes. I was then asked if I had been there before, and when I said no, I was directed to the polish wall and asked whether I wanted regular or gel polish. I stated that I wanted regular polish. At that point, the staff member abruptly said they needed to check their appointment book and mentioned something about waiting in case someone called for an appointment. This was very confusing, especially since the salon was completely empty at the time. It felt as though my service was being refused without any

I had a great time at this salon. I would highly recommend. The owner is nice and funny. I would suggest booking an appointment ahead of time, just in case. The first two times I went there without an appointment, they couldn’t fit me in. So if you wish for a total lovely experience .. call ahead 😊

Literally just paid for my daughters cuticles to be cut , and nail beds burn. glitter design looks messy and crooked. Don’t recommend too aggressive with filing

My nails are perfect! The gentleman who took care of me was so friendly and paid a lot attention to detail. On the other hand my boyfriend got a manicure with a lady there and she cut a couple of his cuticles and was super reserved.

I made a last minute decision to get my nails done and Paris Nails was very accommodating. The woman who did my nails took her time and made a beautiful design. Thank you I will definitely go back!
