Dr. Choi is absolutely amazing. He helped me remove my impacted wisdom tooth, and the entire experience was excellent. During the consultation, he was extremely patient and explained everything in great detail, answering all of my questions thoroughly. The extraction itself was very smooth — I didn’t feel any discomfort throughout the procedure. Dr. Choi is highly professional and skilled. After the extraction, he even followed up with me to check on my recovery, which truly shows how responsible and caring he is as a doctor. I needed a tooth extraction with a bone graft in preparation for a future implant, and my entire experience was extremely smooth. Scheduling the appointment was hassle-free, and I was clearly informed of all charges in advance. The office also made it very easy to obtain the dental codes for the procedures so I could confirm coverage directly with my insurance provider. The extraction and bone graft were completed in under 30 minutes (!!) and the procedure itself felt efficient and well-handled. It’s now almost 48 hours later, and I’ve experienced little to no pain or discomfort which honestly exceeded my expectations. Dr. Choi even personally messaged me the evening after the procedure to check in, which is not common and was very much appreciated. That level of care really stood out.

Dr. Choi was consistently professional, patient, and reassuring. At no point did he make me feel rushed or like I was inconveniencing him — even when I had to return multiple times because of complications.
