Terrible. The app does not connect in real time to the meter enforcers. I've now gotten my 3d ticket within a year. Most recent one was for $70! Yes, you can call park chicago and they will be removed but then where's the convenience of using the app? Recommend taking the time to pay at the box!

I received an email from Park Chicago with a phone # to call; I google Park Chicago to made sure it wasn’t scammed. After making sure I called customer service to find what was the issue and a polite lady called Mindy took my called asked a few questions and told my that is some issue I had with the number posted. She stated that issue was clear. To me all Custumer service should learn on how to talk to people She is definitely a people person thank Mss Mindy. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Beware when using the app. It charged my account twice in minutes of each other for the exact zone when given a error message initially. You would think it would be as easy for them to reimburse the money back to the account as they did with taking it but it’s not. They want you to submit a paper form for the request although everything else is done electronically. So it’s just another scam to keep your money.

I downloaded the app onto my phone, and it does not show up. When I searched for it in the Google Play Store there was an invitation to "install". So it didn't download correctly. But they had no problem charging my credit card $20. This is B.S. I'm not using it and they can just keep my money since they're so desperate for it. However, I'm going to complain to everyone I know about what a bogus deal this is. I'd give it -1 stars for the theft of my money if I could. Thank you.

The App continually goes down. They do NOT inform their meter people as such which I am sure those that will try to extend their time will probably get a ticket. SMELLS like a SCAM to me.
