Morgan was running an hour behind when I got there and she had left her appointment book at home so she didn't know who I was or what I was supposed to be getting with her. When I finally got in her chair an hour later she admitted that she hadn't brought supplies with her to do any colors besides blond. She ended up having to borrow some color from another one of the stylists. Long story short, the color she gave me looks like a bad home box-dye accident. It was supposed to be a dark auburn, but it turned out this unnatural cherry cola. She told me it would tone down after a few washes, but it hasn't. It's still terrible. She doesn't do refunds.
