Patricia's Hair Trends Salon

I had a terrible experience at Patricia's Hair Salon. I went in asking for a blonde color, but my hair ended up a lavender shade instead. When I asked the hairdresser to fix it as soon as possible due to the urgency of my situation (I couldn’t show up to work like this), she refused. I reached out to the owner, hoping to resolve the issue, but nothing was done. Despite their mistake, they refused to offer a refund or any compensation, leaving me with a $300 bill. I had to go to Ulta afterward and pay an additional $160 to get my hair fixed. The customer service at this salon is horrible. They did not care to make things right, and I would not recommend this place to anyone. Save your time and money—do not go to Patricia's Hair Salon. (Response ) Hi , Thank you for your response. Her salon is charming, extremely clean, well kept, and well stocked with noteable product selection. Her shop sits along the main street of quaint downtown Upland, making your experience all that more pleasant. Patty has great vision, skills, and talent when It comes to color, cut, and style. Found this place on Instagram @patriciashairtrends for my daughters haircut and we absolutely loved the service. My daughters hair turned out exactly as she wanted it. Patricia was very detailed with her work and my daughters hair looked amazing! It’s so hard to find a great hairstylist and we are lucky to have found her!
