Paulene's Nails

Great nails, bad business practices. I was turned away for being too busy and told I needed to make an appointment so I did 5 days prior. Got there a bit early so I expected to wait, what I didn’t expect was to have my nails wrapped to “soak” for 25 minutes while another customer was squeezed in to have their nails done with a same day appointment with Kevin. When asked why I was having to wait so long I was brushed off like it was no big deal and I’d have to wait while they soaked anyhow.. which is true.. but not 25 min!! My time is valuable as is my money and business.. I’ll kindly take it elsewhere.

***^RE-EDITED^*** 03/15/22 So my mom and I have been coming to this shop for years. We haven’t been any where else after finding this nail salon! We never have had a problem with them at all, all the girls here are super nice and very funny! The man that works there is a lil more serious and uptight but still a hard working good man! I always change it up with my designs and details. I always have pictures to show them and they always do that design! Recently got my sister in law coming here and she lives on the south side of Tucson and now she is hooked! She doesn’t go any where else for anything, ONLY HERE! My husband recently needed his feet done and told me after that was the best he has ever gotten and doesn’t wanna go anywhere else! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!

I really enjoyed my visit here. Chi was my nail artist. I did get a pedicure and manicure both with gel polish, I had one of the deluxe pedicures that is offered it will put you out 50$ but was worth it and very relaxing. I keep my nails short and and simple. I like pink and glitter. I'm satisfied with the outcome. I'd come back for sure.

Ouch!! First time I went for a manicure in 4 months, decided to treat myself with a new place. Sorry I did! Why do they have to file so hard they literally cause you to bleed! I'm sick of these places hurting me over a simple gel mani. Now my fingers are so sore hurting. Not going back.

I came here once before and it was ok. I decided to give them another shot and i was not very satisfied. My nail tech was Kevin and the lady that did my pedi was tina or something like that. I only requested him because someone reviewed him saying he was good and had pictures to prove it so i decided i wanted him to do mine and it was a bad idea. 🙄 The lady that did my feet was heavy handed and scratched my ankle while she was doin my feet, i had to tell her I wanted the callus remover because they didnt have any packages for what they provided. They dont provide a sheet with what services they do on anything so you can see what you want or how much it is. They just do what ever. Not a very good place to go if you want a nice relaxing many pedi. (***Update: before I left Kevin asked if ev
