Ms. Pauletta exceeded my expectations when it came to doing my 3 year old hair. She was very positive, hospitable, and professional. She was expecting us, and we started on time with having my baby's hair done. I was shocked with how fast she did my baby's hair because the style was intricate and detailed. My whole family was in awe. This was my child's first appointment. We will return for sure.

I recently went in the shop this past weekend to have my hair cut by Dennis Williams and he messed my hair up to no ends! I showed him a picture of how I wanted my hair cut and he still managed to screw it up. He quoted me $85 for a cut and perm and then $5 dollars for a rinse and ended up telling me my bill was $95. I went back the next day to have some tracks added and he charged me $10, when he told me I didn't have to pay anything. In 2 days total, he got $105 off me and I am back wearing my wig cause my hair looks deplorable and a horrid mess. Also, the 2 little raggedy tracks he put in my hair, already came out...money down the drain!😡😡Thank goodness for Marcus Doss Salon, cause they are going to repair what this person did wrong. Today I was helped by Miss Pauletta and Miss Paula and the care they put into making sure I was happy made a huge difference in my hair. It’s moisturized and soft but also has movement and volume. My hair is natural and Miss Paula was able to straighten it beautifully while paying attention to my scalp needs and my trim was even and helped my hair even more. I would highly recommend anyone in the studio and have been in multiple times and seen many stylists and have yet to be disappointed.
