I went there last summer to bleach and dye my hair. I.showed them the exact shade or light orange that I wanted and when they brought out the selection of colors they had in the book I chose bright orange. Bleaching my hair took a while because they used 40 volume bleach and left it on for almost an hour. After they put in the dye and I had to wait over two hours for them to wash it out, then another hour while they did someone else hair for them to style it. It was a disaster they gave me bright red hair instead of orange. And when I tried to explain that it wasn't what I wanted at all she demanded that I payed 100 for the look

African Americans Women, PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE. They do not care about us!!! The stylist really messed up my hair bad. I asked for an ash blonde and she just gave me whatever she felt like giving me. When I asked her to either fix it or give a refund, she and the owner said no and told me that they would call the police. I ended up calling the police because I figured We needed a mediator because they would not fix my hair (terrible choice). When the police arrived, they went straight to the stylist as if she was the person who called. They told me to shut up and let her talk lol. She started acting like the victim and faking like she was afraid. She told lies in Spanish the entire time, not knowing that I can understand Spanish. I went there to dye my hair and cut it in layers. I told Paulette that I wanted my hair long but in layers. And I regret going cause they cut my hair short a little below my shoulders. The next day my eye was completely shut and my face and forehead and my ears were red and in pain. She gave me a check to settle out of court and she didn't write the check out completely. Now she's giving me the round around. Never again will I go there. They very irresponsible. That was on 11/23 and til this day I still have itching around my ears

Horrible they take your money and ACT like they know what you want but just want your moeny and they are EXPENSIVE . I carried my liltte sister for a TEXLAX(loosen up your natural curls) her hair is 100% natrual. And she came out the salon looking like a old Grammy with straight hair . Her hair was like the same way she came in the salon . All they did was slap some curls in her danm hair .Especially as the previous review said if your African American so true . HOOOOORRIBLEEE

My hair is bob cut bleach blonde and natural. Fabiola and her sister handles my hair well . I always get a wash n set blow out flat iron. My hair is blown out so good i don't really need to flat iron it.👍
