Scheduled a last minute braiding appointment and Isha and Fafa were so accommodating. They greeted me for the New Year and hosted multiple hair clients simultaneously. Service was quick and affordable. Best braiding shop in Jonesboro. I will be returning for all my hair needs.

I came into Paulina Hair Salon and Braiding around 5 PM and had the pleasure of getting my hair braided by Isha. From the moment I walked in, she was warm, welcoming, and professional. Isha was not only super friendly, but she also listened to exactly what I wanted and delivered flawlessly. She braided my hair all the way to the floor—and it came out absolutely stunning! Her attention to detail and gentle hands made the entire experience smooth and comfortable. I appreciated how efficient she was without rushing, and how she made sure I was happy with every step. The atmosphere in the salon was also nice and relaxed. I’ll definitely be returning for my next style and highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for quality braiding and great service.
