Pauline's Nails and Spa

Acrylics are lumpy, flaking off, & thick. The pink & white, originally requested, was not able to be done. Had to rip off 2 nails, after nail technician tried 3 different colors to blend & couldn't get it right, so switched to color. Paint never made it all the way down to my cuticles. Left extremely unhappy & had to reshape most of my own nails. Service was extremely slow. Spent 3.5 hours at the nails salon with my sister for 2 pedis & 2 full sets. The nail tech who did my nails, rushed my sister's pedi, to then do my nails, & also did her nails too, as they were short staffed. Next time, communicate that to your customers so they can decide to stay, or go elsewhere.

I wanted to like this place because they're friendly and clean and have good prices. However if you're getting dip on real nails, I cannot recommend. The 2 of 2 times I've been, the edges of the dip crack off and leave little ledges (seen in pics). It's because they're not tapered/sanded down well and their bonding coats are not applied all the way to the edge. For the good price, it doesn't matter when it only lasts a few days/week. I would go back if I could be sure I would get a different person and not be pressured to go to the available person.

Thank you Pauline Nails and Spa!! I'm a local guitarist and my nails are an important part of my "tool set". Pauline's was more than accommodating in helping me get one fake nail plus acrylic after a nail broke right before an important gig! They only charged me for one finger😂. They were so helpful and even endured a mini-concert while I tried it out.

We love Paulines! The nicest employees and a very calm environment. We don't go super often but they treat us like regulars! My shellac always lasts beyond my expectations!

Quaint and clean! The staff is extremely welcoming and friendly. They took care of my daughter and me. They did a fun little manicure for her after her pedicure. The pedicures were amazing and my 10 year old daughter mentioned how this was her favorite one she has ever had. (She usually gets about 2-3 per year since she was 3- for context) we will be going back
