I originally visited this salon for a simple request—to have the back of my hair blended for my pixie cut. This was my first time at the shop, and as first impressions are very important to me, I was disappointed with the overall experience. I was assigned to Sheryl Miller. While I can tell she is skilled in her craft, her attitude came across as unfriendly. There was no warm greeting when I arrived; instead, it felt more like I was being questioned about why I was there. When I sat in the chair, I showed her exactly what I wanted. My hair was long enough for the style I requested, and I specifically asked if she could blend the back. Instead, she cut off a significant amount of my hair without confirming if that was what I wanted. Only after cutting did she inform me that she couldn’t do

Called in to get pricing on a relaxer haircut in trim, wasn’t provided that was instructed I’d have to drive all the way there to get a price for that service which was very odd. If they can’t keep a pricing sheet, I recommend going elsewhere.

Man, Pavilion has been a God send to me since moving to Virginia. I did thorough research on whom to entrust with my natural hair. Not only has my hair thrived but I’m always always getting complimented on My different styles. I have continued to use them even after leaving the Stafford area.

Absolutely love this salon!! I've been several times, for a silk press and most recently for a crochet hairstyle and they are AMAZING. The atmosphere is super welcoming, the booking process is seamless and the stylists are lovely! HIGHLY recommend!

My first time visiting Pavillion & I didn't know what to expect; however, I had an awesome experience from the phone call to inquire about walking in until I walked out with fresh, flowing hair. My new stylist Aslyn was great! Her care of hair is most important & she made me feel comfortable while doing my hair. I will be back! Thank you!
