I have been going to Pavlova Salon East for over 5 years and I am so unbelievably happy every time I leave. Sam is one of the best ever hair stylists around. She’s amazing never afraid to try new colors and cuts on my hair and knows exactly what I need before I do.

I’ve been going to Hilda for about four years now, and I can’t say enough wonderful things about her. She is warm, sincere, and genuinely cares — she always asks how I’m doing, how my family is doing, and remembers the little details. Her work is consistently excellent. Whether we’re adjusting the style or tweaking the color, she always checks in at the next visit to see how it felt and whether we should push the change further or dial it back. I really appreciate that thoughtful approach — it makes me feel like my hair is truly personalized to me, not just a one-size-fits-all service. Hilda is an absolute gem, and I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a stylist who is both talented and truly cares about her clients.

From the moment we met, Amanda was incredibly attentive and listened to my needs and concerns about my hair and what I was hoping to achieve with my haircut. The result is stunning!
