Sadly, this nail sallon has declined. My wife and I just came back, and the experience was terrible. We were rushed, and the pedicures were barely done (calluses were not touched, and when pointed out, their attitude was bad and they gave it a glance and said it was already done) . My wife got her toes painted. They didn't paint her pinky toe and didn't completely paint the other toes. Used to be our favorite nail salon when it was Nails & Co. We will not be coming back.

This place used to be the absolute best around and it makes me sad to leave a negative review as the technician who did my pedicure was top notch! The problem was that the tech in the next booth over talked the entire time and literally gave me a headache. Her language was offensive at times and she was very loud. too. This place is a spa and as a result is expensive. The reason I chose to go there today was for the spa experience and instead got a worse atmosphere than a cheap nail place where one is literally in and out in a half hour. When I brought this to the attention of the front desk, the woman knew who I was talking about (because this is a known problem) and said I should have spoken up while it was happening. I went here for the first time today and was very impressed. Nice atmosphere, very clean and quiet, and prices aren't bad at all. I got a pedicure from Ken - it was excellent! One of the best leg massages for a pedicure that I've had! He did a great job cleaning up my nails and polishing them. I would definitely recommend for a pedicure - will go back for a manicure soon.

Just needed a cut and file this time, but this place is fantastic for everything nails.

UPDATE 3/18/19 I was contacted by Vicki and she asked me to come back for a complimentary manicure. I did go back and my experience was much better. I was paired up with Hanna and she was fantastic. I have booked 3 more appointments so I am hoping things work out. I am changing my rating to "cautiously optimistic" Over the last couple of years, the service has slipped. It became more common for me to sit there for 10 -15 minutes waiting for my appointment to begin. I stopped going there and today I decided to give them another try. I arrived at 10:10 for my 10:15 appointment and at 10:30 I had to ask when my manicurist was going to be ready as I've been sitting there for 15 minutes. She said she was running then the receptionist said to me that I should have spoken up earlier???
