Peace Nails

I would not recommend Peace Nails. You will be charged for services you didn’t request and the quality is awful! Last week I went to the salon and asked for a full set. When I sat down, the tech started putting tips on and then applied a pink gel like liquid. I hadn’t had my nails done for a few years, so I didn’t question her and thought “this must be a new process”. When she finished we went to the checkout and she told me the total was $70. I was taken aback and when I looked at the price sheet it said a full set was around $50, so I kindly asked her to break down why it cost $70, when the price says $50. She said “well, you got gel”. And I said to her, “I didn’t ask for gel” and she says “oh, I should have told you the price difference.” Irritated, I paid and walked out to the parki

Not too long ago, this salon was easily a 5 star rating. To me, and it's just my opinion as of late, their commitment to customer service/friendliness and quality has declined a bit. I have been made to wait, felt rushed through my appointment, not listened to, passed around from tech to tech when I specifically called, in advance, made an appointment for a certain time, with a specific tech. My nails in the past have always held up between appointments when I got them done at Peace, this last time, I've had 2 break in a week's time. I've noticed due to how busy the salon is, the techs are pressured to rush through appointments, and I have noticed that certain customers get priority due to paying more for services than other customers who may not be paying as much.

This is my favorite nail spot and I will not go to any other place to get mine done. The nails and designs are always how I want them and the workers are very friendly. I believe for the nails and designs I get the pricing is fair. I’ve come in to get nails fixed and they are quick and always make sure the nails are done properly.

I requested a basic pedicure and the receptionist asked me what color, I just said basic pedicure and like a basic pink color, when the lady was doing my pedicure it felt like a rush and she put like a hot towel that felt like burning my skin, she apologized and I told her it was fine since she caught off guard. My problem was that at the end she told me it was 53 USD and in the entrance said 33 which I personally think it’s a bit overpaid for the job they did. Obviously I paid the 53, but I didn’t like the service overall. I don’t feel like I got what I paid for and I didn’t like the customer service either

A very wonderful and easy going staff with amazing services! The lady that worked with me did wonderful job on the nail art, and the man that did the nail shaping was very gentle and not harsh! The other lady that did my pedi was very kind and gentle also! I recommend going, definitely going back!!!!
