Peaceful Massage

I booked a massage and really cannot say enough great things. They were able to get me in very quickly and Shavonne was my massage therapist. She was so bubbly and kind upon first meeting her, and very tuned in during the massage to areas of tension. Perfect pressure and when I walked out, I literally did not have the tension migraine I walked in with. The atmosphere was very relaxing and quiet - peaceful. The location is a little tucked away but also convenient to South Charlotte / Ballantyne. I will absolutely be booking again.

I got a Groupon and the massage was fine. However, I re scheduled a head massage for last week, about 45 minutes before the scheduled appointment I got a text saying they were doing inspections and could not accommodate me. I called and was rescheduled, about 35 minutes before my “head massage” I got an email saying they were no longer doing those massages. Poor customer service, they probably reschedule the first time for not having a trained person to do so. Do not recommend for their handling of the situation.
