Pearl Nail & Spa

This is my second time coming here. My first time they did my bridal nails and they came out perfect. They were really accommodating and quick. The second time they were also super quick, and super efficient with the way that they were able to delegate tasks to employees that were less busy, but gave them more complicated work to the more experience workers. I just really enjoy coming here. I always try to get there as soon as they open though, because I realize they have a tendency to get very busy.

So despite the bad reviews I still decided to try them and I was also left with bad impression. My pedicure was fine, the lady was nice and she did a good job. But my acrylic was done awfully, I believe she was the owner who did it, she sits in the front seat and mostly picks up the call. She not only rushed my nails but kept forcing me to get gel and other services. I asked her I only wanted regular tip acrylic with coffin shape. Also one of my nail came off only a week after, never happened that it comes off on its own. Moreover, She basically buffed my skin along with my nails, didn’t do the coating properly, never used any hot towel or moisturized. Never happened to me at any salon. If you want to have fabulous nails and waxing, you should visit Pearl Nail & Spa I was truly impressed with Joe who did my Gel Tips and the Ladies did my pedicure and eyebrow waxing. I got a manicure yesterday around 6pm. This is what they look like today around 1pm. They could have been done better. The girl was rushing with me to get to another person. Personally, I do the cuticles better myself so I don't think I'll be back.

Great nail salon! Affordable and they do a great job. I used to go to another salon that did a great job too, but I was paying 3x what I pay here for the same exact thing. I'm so glad I found Pearl!
