Great place with great service! Came in with an inspiration photo, and Sophie did a fantastic job executing the look I wanted. They don’t nickel and dime you, and prices are reasonable. I got builder gel and she was knowledgeable about the process and did it with ease.

Second time here and I had an amazing experience! I wish I asked the name of the lady who did my mani. She was so sweet and made me feel very welcomed ! She definitely helped me step outside my comfort zone and I appreciate that very much. My pedicure also came out amazing! Definitely recommend this nail salon !

I had a very disappointing experience at this nail salon. From the start, the technician argued with me about the color I wanted, and then began talking to coworkers in her language while raising her voice at me. Other staff members were looking at me unkindly, which made me feel very uncomfortable even though I remained polite the entire time. On top of that, the technician cut my cuticles with the drill, which was painful. The design I received looked sloppy and nothing like the picture I had shown. Overall, I left unhappy and felt disrespected. I do not recommend this salon based on my experience. Still tipped too. CRAZY

I’ve been coming to pearl nails for 2 years now. I ALWAYS ask for Julie! She is fantastic! She also does my daughters nails. Always does a great job and has never let me down! Friendly service and they last with no lifting! Their prices are some of the best in town!

I my mother in for a full set of nail services, as I only intended to have her toenail polish changed while waiting in her. I was quoted a price of $12.00, which I felt was excessive, but I decided to proceed with the service. Upon sitting in the chair, I found the staff member to be unfriendly. I requested a floral design on the big toe three times; however, she applied a plain polish and walked away without fulfilling my request for the flower design. I waited for 48 minutes with cold feet for her return, during which time I received no communication. I eventually approached the owner, Lee, who assured me that he would apply the floral design and proceeded to paint on a basic tone instead. I was taken aback by the lack of professionalism and care.
