Pearl Nails

Vivian did an amazing job on my set. She was fun, fast and efficient. She did a great job with her cat eye technique. I love them.

I first started coming here when I was pregnant with my son (who is almost 9) and in all that time I have NEVER had a bad experience! They are so hard working, so kind and I love my nails every time!

If I could give them 0 stars I would… PLEASE DONT GO HERE IF YOU WANT A CLEAN NICE PLACE! I went here to get an acrylic fill and the lady at chair 6 (who I later found out is named Cindy) she drilled my cuticles so bad they were bleeding and got all swollen when I left. Also mid way through my appointment she decided to clip her own dead skin on her finger and proceeded to put the clippers back in the “sterile” container. I went back to ask for a refund and they told me to come later in the day when the manager was there so I did and she refused to give me a refund even after seeing how torn up my cuticles are from them being drilled. They tried telling me it was an allergy to gel polish (mind you I got regular polish not gel) and when I told her that she didn’t have anything to say except

There are many reasons I have one star. To start, I asked for a VERY sharp square shape. It is the first thing I let them know, it’s the only shape I like. I got some oval, some coffin.? I left with nail polish all over my hands, my nails are extremely lumpy, and I have cotton from a cotton swab stuck in my nail gel. The polish/acrylic look like it has grow out, even tho I just got it done today. At the risk of sounding dramatic, I cried after this nail session in my car. This is the ONLY thing I get for myself and look forward to. I am pretty reasonable and always tip very well. I am so sad and unsatisfied with my service today. Also, After curing my nails in the light, the lady tried taking off the excess nail polish that was on my cuticles with a cuticle cutter and cut my fingers :((((

I’ve been going to Tina at Pearl Nails for almost 3 yrs now and she is by far the best! She’s so sweet and she’s good at what she does! She will not only give you what you ask for but she goes above and beyond to exceed your expectations! I keep going back to Pearl Nails because of her. Keep up the good work Tina!
