Don’t go here unless you want your nails filed into non-existence. Instead of using proper acetone removal, the tech drilled nonstop until my natural nail was literally bending and almost see-through. It was completely unnecessary. On top of that, the finished nails were full of bubbles. I left feeling disappointed and honestly worried about the health of my nails. Definitely won’t be returning, and I hope they reconsider their technique for the sake of future clients. What a waste…

Got gel x by Nancy , it was not put on properly , I had bubbles right after application and when I brought it up she said it’ll be fine . Even if it’ll be fine with no lifting you can see the bubbles . I do not like confrontation and tried to trust the process but felt like my concerns were brushed off and they are very uneven all over as far as filing goes . Also when I went to pay she said 52 and turned on the tablet for me to use my card , I actually brought cash so I let her know I want to pay cash. I noticed it says you get 10 percent off if you pay in cash and she said it’ll still be 52 still because she “meant” to tell me it was 57 originally if I was paying card . I don’t believe it , I think she assumed I was paying card and when I said I was paying cash didn’t want to give me 10

Every one of these girls are talented and energetic. The environment, the unity, and work are all 10/10. Linda has always been my nail tech since I was little and she always made sure I was happy with my nails. If there was a problem she will remove it completely and redo it. She always makes sure she does it right and even the shaping. Go with her if you want your nails perfect! She loves her work and she can do anything and everything!

I’m giving this place a low rating because the day after my gel manicure I noticed the gel polish started to lift on the edges. The photos i added are day #2 where the gel on one of my nails is completely lifting off and the rest of my nails are starting to left as well. The customer service was great, they were very nice and attentive, however when you pay for a manicure that’s supposed to last up to 2 weeks it’s very disappointing to have this happen. I will update my review accordingly. I’m willing to give them another shot with a different nail tech and see if she’s any better. ( I went with Lilian)

I'm new to acrylic nails, and I'm so glad I started with Pearl Nails & Spa! Not only are they extremely nice, professional, and have a clean environment - they are so kind in teaching me the ropes of having acrylic nails. The first time I got them I had to come back within a week because I had banged them up so much that they were lifting. The owner gave me a full set free of charge, and was so understanding that I was new to this and needed to get the hang of it. I did not expect that at all and was fully prepared to pay since it was my fault. I especially love working with Patty, my nail tech, because she is OCD and perfectionist like me 😁 she catches things that I know are going to bug me and fixes them without me even telling her. She's also amazing at designs! After that first week
