My nails look terrible. Do not waste your money here. My polish is see-through and I brought my own brand new OPI nail polish so I know the polish isn’t bad. I came in with beautiful long natural nails. I did not need a trim and I asked for rounded-tapered nails. It looks like my nails were chopped with scissors, just straight across and way too short. The toenail length is uneven and my toenails did not need a trim yet they were trimmed anyway. They left polish and topcoat all over my fingers, despite not painting all the way to the edges. I will be going elsewhere to get my nails done in the future. I could have done a better and neater job at-home by myself. Very disappointed. Last picture is 3 days after my nails were done. Polish chipped quite badly on day 3 with no unusual treatment

For the past few years, I have gone to get a gel mani/pedi about 2-3 times per year. I call ahead to book an appointment and they’re always super accommodating about a same-day appointment (usually within the hour!) Mary is always very friendly and helpful when choosing color. Tony does a great job on the mani/pedi. I keep my fingernails short due to my job and he applies an extra topcoat so the color lasts while growing out, and the mani lasts a solid 3 weeks without chipping, peeling or lifting. Highly recommend Pearl Nails!

Everyone can have a bad day, but I just hope the person I had, has a better headspace for their next customer. My person was very distracted, and couldn't have not noticed all of my crooked nails... first time visiting and it will hard to go back a 2nd time... :/

Always have a great experience, it doesn’t matter who does your nails they are all awesome. Usually Tony is my go too

Overall, a neutral experience and one that I won’t be going back for. I went in for a mani/pedi, which I called ahead for. I waited at the front for 5 minutes as people walked by before anyone acknowledged I was there. They sat me down in a pedi chair and the pedicure was fine, nothing too fancy but also not awful. I got gel on my toes and that’s been great. However, my manicure was very subpar. I asked for tips with gel. Instead of taking off my very overgrown tips, she insisted on a fill and just dremeling my nails down to the shape I want. I showed a picture of what I wanted and while the colors are there, the shape and overall quality of the nails is poor. I am just 6 days out and my nails have already chipped.
