Kayla is a miracle worker. I have thick hair with a mind of its own and after an afternoon at Needle in the Hay with Kayla I feel like a new lady. Not only can this gal cut hair, but her coloring is impeccable. I have been going to Niki for years! I love her studio but most important my hair has never looked better. She is stylish and gives great advice on the right style and color. She also did my hair for my wedding, which I LOVED. She is incredibly knowledgeable but also fun to talk to while my hair is getting done! Amore :)

Niki brings craft and artistry to every session and I would highly recommend her! I’ve been going to her for cuts and color for 15+ years. I’ve had short hair, mid-length, light, dark. Niki understands how to work with the weight, texture, thickness of each person’s hair, their face shape, plus what’s going to work for you in terms of maintenance and lifestyle. Carla is phenomenal!! After my last stylist moved to SF, I was in search for someone for excellent balayage/cuts and I feel so lucky to have found Carla. After checking out her Instagram (@carlaaaruizzz) and reading her bio, I knew I had found "the one." My balayage/cuts have been wonderful, and I continue to send anyone looking for a new stylist her way. Her attitude is so positive and friendly too, her love for her work truly shows and I love coming in to see her at the salon. This salon is doing an amazing job following safety precautions during this time to keep their clients and staff safe! I have been in once since they have reopened and felt very comfortable and people are well spaced out. I see Nikki who does an amazing job with both my cut and color. I have curly hair that can be unruly and she does such a good job cutting my curly hair that it looks good whether I wear it curly or straight. Both my cut and color grow out really well!
