I got my manicure done with Cindy! I got the gel x with cat eyes and chrome. I also asked for polk dots design. Cindy was amazing and did a great job. I wasn’t sure what color of the polk dots I wanted and she tried it on for me to see which one I like. Very nice of her. Highly recommended to book with Cindy. The nail salon also very clean!

Second time this has happened to me here recently, my pedicure is immediately ruined as the polish never dried. I think they may be painting very fast and very thick, but the lines and edges aren’t great and then the polish gets destroyed. Today I was in NO rush, waited until my nail tech told me I was done and she checked my toes twice. She sprayed them and added oil to them with a brush and put plastic baggies on me before my slip on shoes. That was 1.5 hrs ago. This is what they looked like immediately after I took the baggies off at home, just totally ruined like a child painted them sloppily.

I'm so disappointed in this salon. I've been coming here over a decade and for the last year every 2-3 weeks with Tony as my Tech. Tony was running late and one of the other ladies in the salon stepped in tl "help". I came for a fill in but she decided without asking me to take my current set off and start a full set. When Tony arrived, he took over. About a week later alllll my nails started popping off. I figured this would be easily resolved since I'm spending $75 - $125 every 2-3 weeks on a medi/pedi, not including always leaving a 20% tip. Well, NO!!! The manager was rude & the lady denied putting the new set on. He offered to only give me a discount and made it seem like it was my fault. I just walked out and needless to say will NEVER be back. I have been seeing Berna at Pen Nails for a while now and she’s great! She takes my inspiration ideas and creates something truly unique. I get compliments on my nails pretty much everyday!
