Perfect Brows

I’ve gotten my eyebrows waxed at this location for sometime now but today I decided to go and the lady messed up on one of my eyebrows pretty bad , when she told me to look in the mirror I noticed and told her “oh! You messed up on this one and she said what??” I said you cut it bad here and she claimed that it was because I had little hair there like what??? Make it make sense, why would you try cutting there if I had little hair??? Won’t be going back anymore, y’all be careful!!!

Normally I love this location but today was the most painful experience. They literally ripped skin off of my eyebrow area during an eyebrow wax. Then she states “you have sensitive skin”. No ma’am, I get my brows waxed every month and nothing like this has ever happened. I felt the wax getting on my eyelid and it also got into my hair. Proceed with caution. I bled after it was done, the photo is one of many.

Let’s just say they will get you right. And she doesn’t take long. It took what like 7 minutes max. They are so sweet and definitely recommend their services! Great job Perfect Brows🥰

I’ve been going here for over a year and do threading and almost all the ladies here do a very good job. I won’t use one of them because she has wrecked my eye brows twice but never again. She made them so thin - plucked too far in on the inside, and to far in on the outside of my right brow. I had to wait for several weeks to have them done again. Also, the same lady leaves hairs as well. They stay on the phone with personal calls while trying to work. I tried again this week and my brows are uneven and I’m just done with them. It’s so hard to find a good place to do threading and they are 2 minutes from my work. So bummed.

I used to come here a lot and use the original lady, but came back today and the girl that did my brows today had no clue what she was doing. I tried to tell her they needed to taper at the ends and she wasn’t getting it. My brows are the same thickness all the way across. Make sure you don’t get the younger girl if you go. Paid $30 for threading and tint and I went to my car and cried.
