I got my haircut from Sitara, and she did an amazing job! It’s honestly the best haircut I’ve had in a long time. She really took the time to understand what I wanted and made sure the style suited me perfectly. Highly recommend Sitara if you’re looking for someone skilled and attentive!

I go to this salon regularly for getting my eyebrows and upper lip done. I go to Raji to do them and she does them perfectly each time! I will continue going to this place because they are good at what they do. They are very clean and professional and maintains good hygiene. They take good covid precautions by testing for temperatures and using hand sanitizers as well as using clean brushes on each customer.

EDIT: I have now included photos of my face post-wax since the owner has decided that my praise of the shape of my eyebrows (which was truly great and not the subject of my negative review) and the size of my tip negate the fact that I had to put neonsporin in the open wound on my face for a week after getting waxed here. I hate writing negative reviews but so many things went wrong in my 30 minute wax that I have no choice. I went here for the first time to get my eyebrows and upper lip waxed and am really disappointed. I warned my technician that my hair is really tough to wax and my waxer (whose name I was never told) used so many wax strips on my eyebrows, the right eyebrow specifically, that she took off a full layer of skin & there are raw, red patches of skin above and beneath both

Sitara was exceptional ! I did the hair treatment with massage and it was very relaxing , I had a wonderful nap in the process and it contained multiple oils that are great for the hair and scalp ! I also did a facial with the 24 k mask and eyebrows and again the work was exceptional . I highly recommend this place and specifically Sitara !! I will be back for monthly hair treatments😍 I’m obsessed! Raji is also amazing ! She goes above and beyond .

Strange experience - eyebrows are uneven now. I went in for an eyebrow wax, which they started, but then without asking me at all, she also started threading my eyebrow. Normally people choose over the other; because of preference. Then when I got to the register she charged me for a completely different thing making my bill almost double what it should have been. She purposely gave me a text receipt (didn’t give me a choice) and signed me up with my phone number for some reward system, even though I didn’t want that either. Probably the most unprofessional experience I’ve had at a place like this. When I went in for my refund, the lady was on the phone and didn’t even give me proof of my money back.
