Perfect Nails 1

First time there. Unfortunately 😕 I wasn't satisfied nor happy with the service. When I first looked at my feet, I saw smears and the French tip looks like a child had done it and it was crooked and not all the same. When I asked the Lady to look at it, she acted like she didn't see an issue. When I literally had to point it out, she wiped it off of 5 of my toes. Terrible job. I should have purchased press on toe nails bc this was horrible service. That was my experience. This is in my neighborhood so I am disappointed but I won't be returning.

I went here because of a last minute trip and I needed to get my nails done. The pedicure was ok, but have had better. It’s not horrible but also not great. The lady who did my fill in left several scars on my cuticle and nail bed from over-filling it.

I visited this salon for a basic manicure. Upon arrival, everything seemed fine. After I was seated and the service began, the technician started clipping my nails and then asked me to pay upfront, stating, "Can you pay now? I don’t want you to worry about your nails when I’m done." I agreed and paid without issue. However, immediately after, several staff members began laughing and repeating the technician’s comment loudly, seemingly for others to hear. This made me feel uncomfortable. When I expressed how I felt, another worker sitting nearby continued to stare at me while my nails were drying, which added to my discomfort. At that point, I chose to leave the salon. ( if I could give 0 stars I would!)

I had a WONderful massage at Perfect Nails. Staff were so warm, friendly, and flexible when I requested a brief massage only rather than with a pedicure. The foot and leg massage itself was lovely and at a pretty reasonable price. They were kind enough to turn on the massage machine for my head and extend the massage by 2 minutes for free when I fell asleep and looked relaxed generally. Would recommend!

Had my birthday nails done here (gel manicure and pedicure) and absolutely loved it. Very clean, cozy, and my tech took a lot of time making sure my hands and toes were perfect. Will definitely come back! PS picture taken a week after nails were done, and of course, still perfect!
