Perfect nails was amazing! The customer service was the best and the nails came out exactly as I wanted them to. I was also in a rush and Lan got me in just in time for my party. All the employees are wonderful and put up the best work. Definitely will come again and recommend others in Southern Oregon to come here!

I came in last minute for 3 appts. 2 full sets and a fill. 3 hours before they closed. No available appts. and only one nail tech and a client in her seat. She asked us to come back in an hour and fit us in. She did a phenomenal job executing our nails in a quick manner. She stayed late with no complaints.

I had Melissa work on my toes. It was going just fine until he kept bringing up his personal life and telling me about when he transitioned. He had made comments about if people are mean to him especially woman he would pursue their husbands. The whole experience made me very uncomfortable. I also made it clear I have issues with my big toenails and he proceeded to grabbed them and file them really aggressively. To where I was pulling back and he even asked if it hurt and I said it did but he continued filing roughly. He didn’t give my feet anytime to soak it was all very rushed. He was aggressive when he was rubbing my legs and I understand that they use a scrub and that usually feels nice but he pushed it into my skin hard. He was very insistent on getting pictures of my feet for his bos
