Perfect Nails

KC and Stephanie are great! The customer service is top tier and we always have great conversation in the salon. I’ve gotten to know them and they’re incredibly friendly and accommodating- not to mention hard workers who work long hours 6 days/week. So happy I made my first appt with them 2 years ago!

I went for the first time yesterday. I’ll give them a 2nd chance but I didn’t care for the dog running around as everyone isn’t a dog lover. She cut me several times and i told her the saw felt sharp....I asked for dip and only one dip option is on the menu for $30. She dipped my fingers in clear powder then placed regular nail polish then gel clear, i said oh that different all other places have colored dip....she said that wasn’t what I asked for - i said “dip” she said you want “dip powder “....I said I wanted what you have listed , she said what I got was $35..I said ok it’s only $5 . At checkout she charged me $30 :)

I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt & delete my review since this was my first impression of them, but they proved me right. This nail salon has the absolute WORST customer service I have ever experienced in my life. I came in yesterday 2/26 to get a full set & gel pedicure , with about 3 people in the store getting serviced they told me they would not be able to service me. Mind you the store closes at 8PM & I came in at 6:20. They told me they were working on the current customers and that they had someone coming 10 mins away… makes absolutely zero sense when the website and door say you close at 8pm. If you close at 8pm but ACTUALLY stop taking custom when it’s convenient for you, you should put that information up instead. Despite this, I tried to give them another chance bc

KC and Stephanie are fabulous. Myself and my 2. Daughters have been going for years. My daughter comes home from college to get her brows done by Stephanie. She is the only person we let touch our brows. Perfect nails shop is clean, friendly tons of product. They put out great work!!!

I use these guys, meaning a husband and wife, for pedicure, and they both do an equally impressive job in massaging my feet and legs as they cut my very thick toenails. They talk to one another in Vietnamese and I’m sure it’s about the stock market, which they always seem to have on their television, so they are probably richer than you and I together.
