Perfect Spa & Massage

My first time trying this massage place and I had an absolutely horrible experience. I made an appointment but when I arrived the owner or manager said they’re too busy. I showed her my appointment confirmation and she pulled it up on her phone too. So then she said I’ll have to wait 15 minutes after my appointment time. So I did. One of the masseuses came to get me after 15 minutes. She took a long time to actually get started and during the massage she stopped and left the room several times without any explanation. She left the door wide open during the massage and also when she stepped out, which made it noisy and drafty in the room, not to mention uncomfortable since I was undressed. About 15 minutes after the start of the massage the masseuse decides to swap out and have the manager

Really solid massage experience overall. Nothing over the top, just consistent technique and a comfortable atmosphere.

My husband and I used to go here when it was called Harmony Bay Reflexology. This past weekend was the first time that we went under new management and is now called Perfect Spa & Massage. We both think it's better than ever! We appreciated the attention to detail: from privacy dividers in the foot massage area to the redecorated front room and toilet room to our massages. Yes, the prices have slightly increased like everything else these days, but they are still reasonable. The overall experience and service have improved, so we are happy to pay the increase. We both came away rejuvenated and are planning to return in the future.

Booked a quick massage during my lunch break and it was worth it. I went back to work feeling refreshed and less tense.
