Perfection Nail Spa V

Asked Google for the best rated places for pedicures in my area and this place made the cut! Between photos, reviews and ratings, it was a win all around. When I arrived, I was immediately greeted with a warm welcome from staff, and directed to the pedicure chair- as a walk in! I went on a Saturday afternoon and it was busy but not too crowded or overbearing, which was nice. I had the pleasure of having Tina do my pedicure and she was fabulous! From start to finish she was so sweet, accommodating and the whole experience was altogether relaxing. I ended up with a green tea pedicure package- and I highly recommend! Alex is genuinely the best nail artist I’ve been to. I’ve been getting my nails done by him for over a year at this point and won’t go to anyone else. They also have great service, great prices and the overall vibe is just amazing.

My daughter got a full set. Hers came out wonderful. paid $78 + $20 tip. I decided since I was there to get a basic manicure. The employees were annoyed that I was only getting a manicure. They kept trying to convince me to get more. I said I only wanted them to clean up my cuticles and file/even out my nails. They half filed my nails, made my cuticle bleed, and I had to finish filing my own nails after they were done because my nails weren't smoothly filed. They did a clear gel coat and it is uneven and badly applied. Paid $40.

I’ve been getting my nails done here for a bit now and was waiting to see how my experience was after a while. I love this nail salon. All of the staff are very friendly and care about their work! I’ve had Mo the past few times and love her! She always makes sure my nails are perfect for me. This place is also kid friendly. I’ve brought my daughter twice now and she loves it!

I was looking all over Buffalo for a nail tech that I trusted with my nails! I found Ben at Perfection Nail Spa, he is such an amazing nail tech! He pays attention to details with the nails and shape. I come to him for an acrylic set or fill, usually. If I don’t like a color either, he is patient. He will take it off, and make sure I’m okay with the color. I can come to him and confidentially know that I will get the same service every time! I recommend Ben at Perfection Nail Spa, for detail orientated nails and great customer service!
