They charged me $60 plus $5 tax for a perfume they claimed retailed for $110, then “discounted” to $60. As soon as I handed them the cash…about 30 seconds later…I asked to return it after realizing the price was far above market value. They told me they only allow exchanges. A quick search showed “Rich Delice” sells at Walmart for about $22. We live and we learn!

The customer service is good but the biggest problem is that they sold me and my dad, for a “good” price not gonna lie, fake perfumes. They are not the real deal trust me. You will see from the photos the small details that give it away on the bottle.(the original one the top is darker almost as a old kinda look) ( we bought them without opening the package, so maybe that was our mistake 🙄). The fixation from the perfume version is also not the same, it lasts almost nothing ( 3h tops) compared to the real one. So we were pretty sad to realize we were scammed especially since the mall is so famous by tourists. Basically if you want fake and not cheap perfumes that last for nothing you should definitely waste your time shopping in this place. Sincerely your customers from Brazil. 0/10 dont w
