RIDICULOUS. I purchased a cologne as a Christmas gift, but the recipient did not like it. When I attempted to return the unopened (still in the cellophane) product less than two weeks after the purchase, I was informed that "ALL SALES ARE FINAL." The salesperson pointed out fine print on the receipt as justification for the policy. However, I was not made aware of this policy before completing my purchase. The receipt containing this information was only handed to me after the transaction was finalized, making the disclosure ineffective. If "All Sales Are Final" is the policy, the information on the receipt is essentially irrelevant because it is provided too late for the customer to make an informed decision. I once bought cologne from here and the lady sold it to me at a discount price. She offered to sell me another bottle while holding the one I had already purchased in her hand. I ended up not buying the additional bottle and she then refused to give me my cologne back because she realize she gave too much of a discount. The mall police was called as well as Fort Worth police. Once the police had retrieved the bottle as it was in question gave it back to me. The cameras in the store wasn’t working that day to show what exactly happened but I had my receipt in hand. Bad business at this store! Be careful

Horrible experience. I wouldn’t recommend this fragrance store to anyone. I came in to get a simple cologne and when I found the right scent, I was misled by the older lady (she wouldn’t give me her name) in the store about the price and ended up paying way more than the cologne actually cost anywhere else. I purchased the MontBlanc Explorer 1 fl oz for around $60 which in reality only cost up to $40. I should’ve looked up the price beforehand but I was naïve in trusting her and getting the real price. When i asked for an exchange she stated to me I couldn’t exchange it or get a refund. AVOID this store at all cost and go somewhere that they will be honest. I will be reporting this company to the BBB.

Tania was so kind!!! She helped me get the perfume my mom was looking for for YEARS. It was Safari by RL as well as Tommy Boy—my mom loves these so dearly!!! I’m so excited to surprise her! Tania ever helped me find a perfume that was subtle yet fresh bc I work as a nurse!! Loved it so much!!! I’m so excited They were all so kind and helpful, very transparent as long as you ask. Will 100% be buying here every month!!!!!
