I always come here every week to get my upper lip waxed and every other week to get my eyebrows done and what I can say about this place is that every time I come here I always end up leaving satisfied with my service and with the prices. The only thing I’ve not been satisfied with throughout allllll my visits here is how when I get my eyebrows done, sometimes the workers tend to get some was in my hair even if it’s tied back and they might pull and eyelash of mine out (that’s only happened less than 5 or 4 times). But overall I’m always satisfied with my service and I’ll continue to come here.

I am so disappointed by the service received this evening. The young lady working on MLK Day completely ignored all of my requests. I asked her not to remove any of the hair between the brows and she removed all of them. The result is now both brows are asymmetrical - if I were unethical, I would have refused payment. I also told her that I did not want wax, only threading and she slaps wax on my face. What is wrong with her? Terrible service. I paid $30 for a botched job.

1st time coming here the lady's welcome me very nice and kind. The service was wonderful and the place the woman to look for is mitu she did my eyebrow very very nice.

Horrible experience!!!!!! Was asked to keep my eyes open while attempting to place eyelashes. Obviously this caused my eyes to water due to irritation from the glue being used. SO MUCH glue was used you can see it clearly in the pictures. Eyes were burning so bad afterwards had to go elsewhere to get them removed the same day. (Removal took over 45 minutes by an actual professional) Lady who put the eyelashes in claimed it was my fault for not keeping my eyes open and that “maybe lashes weren’t for me”. Didn’t even offer to remove them even after I showed her how much glue was caked on my eye lids. Needless to say I would never return here and hope to stop others from having such a dangerous and troubling experience.

Sabiha Did an amazing job with my facial , I took even took a nap . I enjoy her services for facials , I came today as well for eyebrows and lashes . Fast services and great attitude and customer service.
