I came in for a fill-in with a French polish and left feeling frustrated by both the service and the pricing transparency. I was charged $65 total. By way of receipt, $50 for the fill-in and an additional $15 listed as a “creative fill-in.” There was no clear explanation of what that meant or what the $15 specifically covered. If the French style, gel polish, or shaping are considered add-ons, that should be clearly communicated upfront. Without a detailed breakdown, it felt like I was being upcharged without clarity. Beyond pricing, the service itself felt rushed and impersonal. Dennis was my nail tech. First time here & it was a great experience! Sandy did my nails and she worked very hard to make sure they were exactly to my liking. I like my nail shape to be thin and she diligently shaped my nails to make sure I liked them. I came with 3 different design pictures and she made sure that each of my nails was as close to those designs as possible. She made my vision a reality! She made me comfortable to ask for exactly what I wanted. So kind and excellent customer service!

Never again - It took over 3 hours for my nails to be done, and I was still charged full price. I walked out in tears. The process was extremely uncomfortable—multiple times my nails felt like they were burning due to how aggressively they were filed. I also had my toes done, and to be fair, those turned out fine. But I’m genuinely disappointed with how poorly the chrome was done on my nails. It’s frustrating to have paid full price for something that was so painful and not up to standard.

Kaya gave me a 10/10 manicure today. I loved her energy and how she treated me. Very gentle hands. I will come back again to see her :)

TERRIBLE experience. my friend and i came here to get our nails done. my friend showed a picture of the nails she wanted (french tip with a red star) to the man who was available and he said he couldn’t do it. i then showed him what i wanted (will add pictures) and he said he could do it for me. i was so disappointed in what he gave me, from the design to the shape, so i simply asked to have the nails painted green instead. as we were leaving, i asked if we could get a discount or something to make up for the nails i received - the two women taking our payment told me to come back the next day and that i could get them redone for free. i showed the design that i wanted and she again confirmed that i could come get that redone for free. i came in the next day as instructed, only for them to
