Came here this evening with the intentions to just get a plain soak off from my acrylic set. The man sat me down and left my hand soaking in acetone for one and a half hour. my skin was starting to peel and burn after getting multiple looks from the workers someone finally came to assist me. The man doing my nails was incredibly unprofessional. He kept on pulling out his phone and taking phone calls at one point he’s propped up his phone to get on FaceTime with another female. The man takes one of the nail drills at full speed in applies to my pinky nail that is so thin and fragile from soaking and acetone for so long and I tell him that it burns and he pulls it even closer and keeps going until he realizes what he’s done. Please pay attention to the reviews. We are ranking one star for a reason. I came with healthy nails and left with damaged nails. I just wanting my basic gel removed before applying a new coat. And my technician sanded my natural nails completely off. With no regard for the fact that I was telling him I did not want it treated like that. Technician was also very impatient and not gentle. I just asked them to give me my bill and I walked out. It was not worth any further damage. They still charged me $10 for their damages to my nail. Sigh.

Looking at the photos, you will realize the bad nail design that they did to me, even though I told them it was wrong, they did not know how to fix the bad job. I asked for a very simple design Look at these flowers and look at the edge of my nails.

I'm deeply disappointed and upset after my daughter visited this nail salon. While getting her nails done, one of the staff spoke badly about her in Vietnamese, assuming she wouldn't understand. But she understood every word. It's heartbreaking to pay for a service and be treated with such disrespect. Staff who lack professionalism and basic decency have no place serving the public. I'm writing this not to cause trouble, but to warn others who are considering this place. Professionalism isn't just about how well you do nails — it's about how you treat people.
