I’ve rented at several salon suites in the area and have been very happy here. Great location and a nice community feel with the other tenants being so friendly and welcoming. Very professional atmosphere to run my business.

I’ve been getting my hair cut by Sam for the past seven years, and I can say without hesitation—she gets better with every cut. Her shop is spotless, the atmosphere is always friendly and welcoming, and her knowledge of style, grooming, and precision cutting is second to none. When you walk in the building the carpet is dirty.You are walking on loose hair,hair pins and the floor looks like it has not been vacuum in a few weeks.I went to the woman bathroom and it was tissue on the floors,no tissue in the bathroom. One of the toilet seats is shifted to the other side.It is covid and the flu season.It is very important to make sure things are clean and sanitize in business with everything going on in the world.I have been coming to the this building for over 5 yrs.I have never seen this building so dirty.It is not fair you can take people money to rent the suites but can't keep the building clean.You can hire a cleaning crew to keep the building clean.

I love going to Phenix Salon Suites becuase it feels classy, clean and the salon professionals are always welcoming. My hair and nails always turn out amazing when I go there! Phenix salon is the perfect one stop shop. It's nice that it's in a good area with easy parking too.

I love my suite at Phenix. It is amazing to have your own business but have neighbors around. I love having 24 hour access to my business. The owners are absolutely the best ever.The tenants around are like family.
