This place is amazing , I took my daughter to get her hair done for prom and the treatment was over the top , Egypt is one of the best hair stylists, I don’t normally write reviews but people needs to know, if you want your hair done the way you will love it , this is the place to go

I initially had high hopes for this salon suite, being my first experience with one, but unfortunately, it didn't turn out well. My opinion is based on the fact that two floods occurred consecutively without any fault of the suite members, caused by a pipe burst. I figured the situation was under control when it happened the first time in January 2023, The situation became more frustrating after I realized the extent of damage to my furniture during the second flood in February 2023. The repair work continued throughout the month, leaving dust everywhere. It was challenging for people to work in such conditions, and despite repairs finishing by the end of February, full rent was still expected, with only a minor discount for a week or two. I suffered significant losses with my furnitur

My experience wasn't too pleasant.The first strike was when my beautician Shaniquie (suite 109) waited til an hour before my scheduled appointment time to reach out to me to tell me that she will have to push me back by an hour, because she was behind.She gave me comb twist & a color.She waited til the day of the appointment & when she got to the thinnest hair section of my head to tell me that my twist are going to most likely unravel in a day or two, in that section.I feel that this conversation should have been had in the consultation that she & I had prior to my appointment date;so that I could've made a decision then, if I wanted to move forward with getting this particular hairstyle.The other issue I had with her services was the demi-permanent color she gave me left behind a few str

My stylist was very friendly and it was a cool out vibe nice music playing the atmosphere very relaxing hair products left my scalp super clean and smelling good my locs were done in a nice style. .I would definitely recommend. Going to phenixSalon Suites.
