I get it. It’s like an office building for salons. But even office buildings have a receptionist. Maybe the people that work out of there make so much money that they don’t need walk-in business. IDK

Review for Kortney and Megan(SUITE 113) from Smile Direct Club: I went to have my teeth scanned this morning for a touch up at the Phoenix salon suites in room 113 . Kortney and Megan greeted me in there office with such kindness and courtesy. I felt valued as a customer and thoroughly enjoyed their professionalism and customer service. Shout out to Kortney for doing such an awesome job on my 3D Scan. I highly recommend anyone working with SDC to visit this office. This experience was easy and way better than doing my own impression kit again for my touch up. Thanks ladies 😊.

This was my very first waxing experience and im glad i had Kim in 103 as my waxer! I was nervous but she assured me she knew what she was doing and walked me through each step. She made small conversation with me which made the nerves and awkwardness go away. She was also very professional. Im very happy with how smooth my skin looks and feels afterwards with no irritation and i have sensitive skin so if you have it you know it takes little to nothing to irritate your skin. 10/10 highly recommend if you want to start your waxing journey!

Ashley Cook of A Flower in Her Hair did the makeup for all my bridesmaids, MOB, MOG, and our flower girl! She did an amazing job! I asked for minimal makeup or more natural-looking makeup for all of us. She did a wonderful job, we all looked beautiful! Including our flower girl, she didn't have a ton on just enough to make her look extra pretty! She was a blast to work with too and very professional. Sarah Brewster Rousselo did our hair for the wedding! She did a fabulous job. She even came up with a new hair up-do for me on the day of because it was hot (Originally I was going to do half up/half down). Had my first-time appointment today and sadly a very poor experience. I had a picture of the style I wanted, explained I had a perm in my hair, my hair was slightly thin on top and sides and thick hair in the back. She said she could give me the style in the picture. She did a partial highlight, cut and styled my hair. The bad news was the style was nothing like the picture I showed her. The back was cut too short and straight across the neckline, which was supposed to be longer and wrap around the neck on both sides. I do not recommend this salon and will never return.😥. I left and immediately shampooed hair and will try to do something with what I have to deal with. The stylist was Jillian Olson, #116. She was nice, but I did not get the cut or style I requested and politely let
