Ms Tiffany is a God sent and she's excellent at what she does. She always works with me no matter what time I need to get in for an appointment she makes accommodations, and she always gets me out in a timely manner. I love going to PHLI DIVA'S. It's the best hair salon I've been to!!

The best place in Rochester NY to get your hair done and feel good when done. Not an all day process, the stylist is on time and patient. I love supporting my black people and when they are professional it is all the more satisfying .Tiffany is awesome her customer service and professionalism is on point. Way to represent. Keep doing and being the best. Will be a customer until she retires.

3 years ago- The appointment was for my child and she is tender headed and had a lot of issues but came out lovely. However my child said she would not want to return again. She got a relaxer with a silk press.

Shelia and Tiffany are amazing. They will take care of you & your hair, without wasting your time. My daughter and I both get our hair done here. Good location for me, enough parking spaces even with the other surrounding businesses.

All the stylists had great attitude it was a nice environment however I became quite irritated when I was forced 3 hrs before sitting in a chair. Appointment at 1p didn't get started until 3.50p. She washed and braided my hair and made me wait another 2 hrs before she completed my hair. I was there from 1p until 8p. I missed another service appointment that was at 5:30p and ultimately missed my event due to the excessive wait time. A trip to this shop cost me $250 in event tickets and $60 prepaid make up services. Never again.
