Phoenix Nail Lounge

Holly was nice she tried to do her best which maybe the facilities best. Anyways the pictures are just 4 days later. I definitely wouldn’t have paid the price to only have my nails last 4 days.

I got to the salon at 11am, as soon as they opened on a Sunday. I waited for over an hour and the artist did a terrible job in my nails. I love the shape and color. But I do not like the pain job at all, there are multiple places they missed of ‘half assed’ my nails are very bumpy and have bubbles in the nails. Won’t go here again.

They were ok the first time but they were fat to wide I have small hands a rushed me out . I gave them the benefit of the doubt . Then I went back boy did them I act like I liked them left went somewhere else the same day got a new set . Trying not to hurt feelings a tipped . Went back the third time and two older workers was there they did me so dirty I said stop take it off I don’t want it over 5 times over I just asked how much never touched no water didn’t get scrubbed nothing just filed my toes barely and put thick acrylic on my feet it was so runny it got out of hand my toes hurt so bad from the acrylic between my ties I went back they took some of it off I have pictures they did my daughter the same way we just paid an left they wanted 95$ lmao then went to 55$ I said no ma’am so th

I love coming to Phoenix nails! They always take care of me, even without an appointment. I’ve showed up on Sunday, I’ve also showed up just with enough time for them to do my nails before closing and they always take me in with a good attitude and do a great job. I’ve been coming here for a few years now and I will stick to them whenever possible. Absolutely recommend!

Cindy always does an amazing job on my acrylic nails! 10 out of 10 would recommend her!!
