Phoenix Nails Lounge

This was honestly a pretty miserable experience for me. Andy was my nail tech and while he was pretty nice he had a sort or “well im the professional so I know best” kind of attitude. I went in for an acrylic and got gel instead. I stated multiple times that I did not want that due to possible allergies and the fact I al sensitive to uv rays. when my hands and nails were burning and hurting from the light he told me it was because “I dont get my nails done” which i feel is disrespectful. he also overfiled my nails alot on top and on the sides. mt nails beds hurt quite a bit and I know because I have overfiled my nails on accident. the last thing is the sanitation of it. he used what looked like nail files that had already been used. he also put the nail bit on that he used on me into thw

This place was clean and the technician were and are very pleasant and professional. Minh was my technician very professional and always asked if I was pleased with his work. I love my nails! I told him I will be back. All technician were easy to talk with. I love that making me feel comfortable. My pedicure was also great Thank you! Phoenix Nails Lounge! ☺️☺️☺️☺️

Love my nail technician Hannah at Phoenician!! Been going for a couple years now. They are kind and professional. They care about their service and always do their best to make you feel comfortable. I get the $55 spa service and it’s fantastic!! Definitely get your nails done here. You won’t regret it❤️
