I’ve been going here for almost one year. Same tech. The grass is greener on the other side. I found a place that is extremely high-tech. Fancy. Extremely detailed and amazing work. Very professional. Phoenix Nails they are decent… mid at best. The owner is very nice. It felt like family going there, but I realized that there’s far better. Other places that are top notch, and that really deserve more recognition. I just submitted a photo of a full set that I got done and then the after when I went to the new place to have them fix it.. this is was how she let me leave the salon. (Before she fixed anything . I don’t usually leave reviews, but my experience at this salon was extremely disappointing. I visited with my mom and a friend and paid for the deluxe pedicure. Unfortunately, the service felt rushed and did not reflect the level of care I expected for what I paid. When it was time to pay, I was not allowed to leave my chair until I provided my card, which made me very uncomfortable. Additionally, when I selected my tip amount, the technician made a rude remark. I also noticed that my friend, who is not a person of color, was allowed to pay upfront and was not rushed or treated in the same manner. No one should feel singled out or disrespected when paying for a service. I expect businesses to treat all customers with professionalism and equal respect, and sadly, this salon did not meet tha

I have been going to this nail shop for years. As in more than 7, so that should say how much I know I'm going to get what I pay for. The service is good and I'll keep being a return customer. Amy is my usual tech, but Kim the owner, knows my name, always greets me, and is always kind. I have always gotten the appts I need with no problem. My daughter also gets her pedicures here.

Worst nail experience EVER. I will never come to this salon ever again. I came here on a whim because my nail salon was closed. Just walking in I experienced horrible customer service! Nail tech was so rude and seemed bothered that she had to do my nails. She also cut me bad as soon as the nail drill touched my skin. she brushed it off like it was my fault. My (dip) nails came out horrible and are so uneven! My two young daughters had gel polish done and in my opinion was so overpriced! Overall horrible experience at this place! I didn’t even bother expressing my concerns as I know they wouldn’t care or do anything about it. Stay away from this place.

I have been coming to Phoenix Nail & Spa since they opened over 10 years ago, and there hasn’t been a time that I didn’t leave happy. I realized that happy customers don’t write reviews as often, after reading a few negative ones here. Their prices are available at the front as soon as you walk in. The nailspa is beautifully done and is always clean. I have never had any fungus or infections from the services here. If anyone would maintain their nails like they are suppose to, these fungus scenarios could be prevented. They have disposable plastic covers for their pedicure tubs. I have sent many friends here and they are still coming here! I personally have not gone anywhere else but here and will remain the same.
