Phoenix Spa Nails

They (Phoenix) were very rude when I walked in for a pedicure two people were just sitting there and told me to wait I sat for a second and then asked if I could go ahead and sit while my feet were soaking. The lady rudely said No. I’m glad she did because I found another Nail Salon Tami nails around the corner. Their service is delightful! They were nice and customer service friendly they do an amazing job and offer drinks. The pedicure was amazing! Phoenix nails are horrible I miss the old owners of studio nails!

The customer service is great, but I always have to go back. The first time, the dip powder did not take well to my natural nail…the second time the diamonds fell off the next day. Anytime I go back they were very kind and fixed free of charge, but I gave 2 stars for the inconvenience of having to go back/ both experiences here needed fixed the next day.

Very upset the preople inside are rude. No greeting when walking in and the pedicure station I say at was filthy when I asked could it be cleaned the owner rolled her eyes and continued to do what she was doing I will never go back there again!!

I complained the owner did a bad job on my nails, he acted 5 years old started yelling at me saying I didn’t want to pay after I already paid. This place over charges and they do fast crappy job
