Would give 0 stars if i could. I went in to get my roots re-bleached and my hair dyed. He bleached my whole entire head, even the parts that were already bleached in my previous hair coloring sessions . He started applying bleach around 2:00 P.M, he ended up washing off the bleach around 4:00 P.M. He kept applying more and more bleach and left it on even though I told him it stung. He applied dye and left it on while my scalp was burning, it burnt to the point where it was hurting. The color ended up being different than what I showed him I wanted. I specifically showed him a picture of what I wanted (It was a reference of my own hair) and it came out 5 shades brighter. I have split ends and now my head has a bunch of scabs. I would have preferred a shampoo too, but my tech didn't offer that. I have worked in the service industry for over a decade. It costs nothing to upsell people.
