Stool is ok but the wheels get hair in them and wont turn anymore (within a few weeks of receiving our stool, and yes we clean them) and are tearing up our floor (floor is brand new). I called customer service and they were not only very rude but couldn't help me at all.

My boyfriend owns a tattoo shop and we bought a chair from a hair dresser and fell IN LOVE!!!!! So we ordered 2 more chairs and threw them for a loop....we asked for BLACK chairs, not the usual white! We got the 2 black chairs today and could not be happier!!! They came with the stand fully assembled in one box and the chair, head rest, and arms in the second box. No bag of parts!!!! Just put those 5 simple parts together and BAM! 10 min after unpacking, you have a chair ready to go!!! Quality American made parts just look like they wanna last and do work while they're lasting for you!!! We dealt with Les through Wholesale Salon(?) and he was AMAZING!!!! Very nice man, very helpful!!! Thank you Les!!! And thank you Pibbs for making quality American products!!!! Can't wait to get our firs

Disappointed, angry, disgusted at the lack of integrity with this company is severely understated. I am a color specialist, having used steamers many years. My incredible sweet sales representative owns his own company and carries PIBBS ECO VAP. I ordered one. The condensation part of the machine is the same size or larger than the reservoir, storing distilled water for use. 1) machine shuts off on low-med.setting AFTER 10 minutes. ( 2) uses large amount of water, requiring constant refills DURING PROCESSING.(.3) location of reservoir is basically IMPOSSIBLE to see fill line. I had to get on my knees to look underneath. I could go on, but I have a more important point to share. After 1 week, I wanted to return. I called my rep., preparing him for this and ordering a different steamer.. I W

very bad customer service, do not buy these products because the guarantee does not work and the people who are supposed to help are not educated and even close the phone, I do not recommend it at all.
