had an appointment with Missy and she did not do the correct length and the braids were also falling out an hour after i left her chair. she offered to fix, but i would rather go to someone who can do it properly. how can you fix what you can’t complete? i also tried to get on the same page as her but she could not admit a mistake was made and said i said things that i never did. after asking if we could agree upon a refund amount she blocked me.
Had an appointment with chop and waited an hour past appointment time while he took 3 other clients and never even got to me.
Wonderful barbershop environment. Great group of professional barbers
