10 out of 5 stars if I could rate them. We went right when they opened at 10 and Jennifer did an awesome job with our sons first ever haircut. Friendly, efficient and super cool fist haircut package. The seats for kids were really perfect for our son, they had a treasure chest of toys to get he loved it. Thanks for making it such a positive experience this completely exceeded our expectations!

This was our first time at this place and it was my son’s first professional haircut. He is on the spectrum and was a little shy/nervous at first and Andrew made it fun for him and was gentle with him. Also we loved the result!

Miss Jenn did an amazing job adding in fairy hair and a kids cut for my 4 year old daughter. She was so calm, very kind, and patient with my daughter, all the while handling the salon's other needs as it was clearly under staffed. Highly recommend and will be back the next time we visit VA Beach!

We had the most amazing experience! I would highly recommend Sam. She took the time to make our son feel comfortable and gave us options on how to get the look we wanted, but in a way that would make our son feel safe in the new environment. The whole process took less than 10 minutes, but it looks like she spent an hour on it as she cut it to perfection. Sam even gave us suggestions on how to make sure the next visit goes just as smoothly. Worth every penny
