Pink Beauty Supply

I recently visited Pink Beauty Supply, and I was beyond impressed with the selection. The store is well-organized, making it easy to find everything I needed, from skincare essentials to haircare products. The staff kept to themselves for the most part. I also appreciated the wide range of brands, including some hard-to-find favorites. The prices were competitive. Whether you’re a beauty enthusiast or just looking for the basics, this store has it all. I’ll definitely be returning for my future beauty needs.

Called several times and No one answers the telephone which makes it very inconvenient when looking for products; trying to save time, gas, and money. Why have a business phone and not answer calls. There's not many hair stores in Martinsville and Collinsville as it is. Very disappointed.

They carry more types and styles of hair now. The last time I was there I was shopping for wigs, which they had an abundance of. Now it's the opposite. That may have been 7 years ago. They still have all kinds and complete lines of hair care products for ethicnic (black) shoppers. Decorative items for the hair are still available.

I was able to find what I needed. However, the customer service was not pleasing at all. No one greets you when you come in. And the cashier sits there till you are ready to pay. After paying, he didn't say thank you,have a nice day, nothing. Just handed me my receipt and sat back down. I would go back just to see if he was just having a bad day. Which I understand. But after my next visit I hope the customer service is better. I will not try a third time with bad service
