They need to do a better job of training their employees in the art of nail services and customer service. 1st we had to wait 40 minutes. 2nd they wouldn’t flat out tell us what the cost of services would be. That should have been a red flag. 3rd I was charged one price only to find out two days later I was charged an additional price that I had not signed for. Red flag number two should have been when the guy took my card and keyed it in without any explanation. 5th, while we were there a lady had to get another technician to complete her nails after the first technician botched a simple fill and trim. She left in tears. She will practically have to start over. 6th, there was a small back and forth because one technician took another technician’s scheduled customer. Lastly, just because I

walked in there got seated very quickly told the man what I wanted(baby blue, acrylic nails,short squared) he put the tips on got the right length right but after that he it took 5-10 minutes to find the color but didn’t get the right one it was more like a dark blue but then he started dipping my nails something I didn’t ask for so I told him this isn’t right he said this is what you asked so at this point I was mad but I just went w it so he finished after he put the top coat on you could see my nail kinda through the blue but we went the register he charged us 45$ not bad but not what i asked for fast forward 2 days I was putting my shoe and the whole nail fell off I was doing something else and another one cracked but this is my review the were still kinda cute

I had my nails filled in by Kelly. She did a fantastic job! Not only were they beautifully shaped, but the finish was smooth as glass. I told her what color I wanted and she introduced me to “chrome powder” which she applied by rubbing it on my nails. The color was beautiful and the finish was a shiny metallic. The top coat she uses has never chipped as it did at my previous salon. The total experience was peaceful and relaxing. I highly recommend Pink Dreams salon! Also her prices were very reasonable.

I’m sorry but this is the second time I’ve gotten my nails done by them and I hated it. Miss Kelly did not listen to me when I said what I wanted and it was clear she couldn’t do the design. Instead of saying this she did something completely different and argued that it was because of the length that it was different. I also payed for my little sister to get a gel glitter paint ….it looks horrible. The photos are what I got vs what I wanted.
