I’ve gotten manicures and pedicures here several times with Betty, Mia and Favi which were EXCELLENT. Also with Gloria at Lulu lavender she’s phenomenal! Today I came in for mani/pedi and was assigned to Jade, my experience was terrible. I commute from lower Westchester, recently had a baby and come here to decompress. Unfortunately today there was no decompressing and instead I had to micromanage. The cuticles were cut uneven, I had to ask her to buffer my nails after filing, I had to tell her to cut off hang nails. Just very sloppy work. It’s extremely disappointing since I’ve had excellent experiences with other technicians.

I love here! I’ve been coming here for a LONG time and I’ve never had any issues. I just wanted to share these really cute nails I got recently here. I was a bit nervous because I knew my nail design request was a bit more high maintenance. But to my relief,the manager and the workers were so encouraging. They thought my nail design idea was cute. I love the new renovations they did to the store too. Edit: I’ve had this manicure for 3 weeks and IT WONT BUDGE. I’ve actually never had a gel manicure stay this long. I’m a person who uses their hands a lot so I excepted for my manicure to start peeling. But so far no sign of any imperfections!

This place is very welcoming and very well organized. The staff at this work space are very respectful and are amazing in doing their job. My nail technician, Mia did a great job in doing my gel manicure, she was very attentive and patient the end result was amazing!!!! Everyone else around were very respectful and were dedicated in doing their jobs, I definitely recommend this place if you are looking to get your nails done or in look of other services such as a massage, waxing, pedicures or manicures.

A delightful place—thoughtfully decorated, fun and pleasant to be in. Excellent staff and quality of services overall. I’m afraid to commend my manicurist Betty too much or she will run off and get hired by a high-end spa or salon—but if you ask for her you will not be disappointed. A good business that respects its customers. Hope to become a regular here!

One good experience (gel manicure with Betty) and (read down for the happy conclusion) one terrible one (gel manicure and regular pedicure with Jade). I don’t mind paying for and tipping for quality but when your gel chips IN LESS THAN A WEEK, this is not it. Also pedicure smudged on the way home after technician failed to inspect closely for dryness, wrap, oil or take any measures at all. Regret the money I spent and will not return. Manager scheduled a re-do appointment very nicely—will update. Update: the salon manager was as lovely as could be about this and brought me in to re-do the manicure. Betty’s work is on par with the service at the fanciest NYC beauty salons, giving that super clean cuticle look, lovely shaping, careful nail preparation and dine thin coats of polish. Will
