Pink Lotus Nails

I really like this salon. Everyone one there is very pleasant and welcoming. It's a little distance from my house, but I know I get top notch service from my guy Lewis. He's excellent.

This place is a commercial for the “Nail salon comedy skit by Anjelah Johnson” The man that worked on my nails did a poor job and did not own up to it. He got defensive and very rude. After I told him I wasn’t happy with the service and showed him the details, he said “that’s your nails not what I did” look closely at the pictures! After I told him I wasn’t okay with his service, he grabbed me by the arm aggressively and told me “he will fix it” I asked him not to touch me. You cannot touch a person like that! He mentioned he has been doing this for 14 years and he knows better but clearly not. The poor quality of his work cannot be blamed on my nails 😂 you can see he didn’t clean up the French line properly on multiple nails and I had a bunch of product on my skin. He said “I’m the first

I’ve been going to pink lotus for nine years plus, I take my daughter, my granddaughter and my great granddaughter. I went in Saturday the 13th 2025 to have a pedicure and a lip and chin wax. The owner is always courteous and the girls that work. There are usually great but he has a new hire male that is pushy rude and disrespectful. He wouldn’t even give me time to pick out a nail color. I asked him why he was being so pushy and rude. I’ve never been treated like that since I’ve been going there. He has no customer service experience at all. I got up and walked out and I will not go back so I would say to them teach him some customer service skills because now you have lost four clients.

My lady nail tech named Helen was amazing!!! The gentlemen who informed me about the builder gel was so thoughtful and considerate and the price was not bad...fairly decent and average but WORTH IT!! Helen did the manicure properly as if she was in a contest in front of the State Board for BEST MANICURE! I LOVE IT!

Don't bother coming here unless you want a mediocre job. The only reason for 2 stars is because they got me in quickly and most of tge staff was friendly. I went in for a powder dip for my nails and a (I guess) basic pedicure. I'm not sure if there were other options for pedicures because none were mentioned. The woman doing my feet seemed as if she really was trying, but in the end did a sad job. Left with a couple Knicks to my toes, polish was not on all of each toenail and after getting home I noticed some of the old polish was still showing. And if you want a good leg massage-it's not here. Now for the powder dip.
